TV guide (EPG) is empty.
If channels play but the TV guide shows no programme names, the guide data just needs to load or refresh in your app.
- Wait for the first load
The first guide download can take a few minutes after you add your playlist.
- Refresh the guide
In TiviMate open Settings, then EPG, then Update EPG. Other apps have a similar refresh button.
- Check the time zone
A wrong time zone on your device makes the guide look empty or shifted. Set it to automatic.
- Ask for the premium guide
Message our team and we can add the premium guide to your account.
Why it happens.
The TV guide is a separate download from the channels. Your app fetches it after you add your playlist and then refreshes it on a schedule. If that download has not finished, failed once, or your device clock is in the wrong time zone, the guide looks empty even though every channel plays.
Stop it coming back.
- Set your device time zone to automatic.
- Let the guide update once a day in your app settings.
- Use Xtream Codes login, which loads the guide for you.
