Buffering or freezing.
Buffering almost always comes from the connection between your device and your router, not from your plan. These checks fix most cases in a few minutes.
- Restart everything
Turn off your router and your device for 30 seconds, then turn the router on first and the device second.
- Test your speed
Run a speed test on the same device. HD needs about 15 Mbps and 4K about 25 Mbps of steady speed.
- Move closer or plug in
Use 5 GHz Wi-Fi, move the router closer, or use an Ethernet cable or adapter.
- Close other apps
Stop downloads and other streams in the house while you watch.
- Still buffering?
Message us on WhatsApp with the channel name and time. Our team can move you to another server.
Why it happens.
A live stream needs a steady flow of data. When Wi-Fi drops for a second, when someone else in the house is downloading, or when the device is far from the router, the player runs out of video and waits. That pause is buffering. It is rarely the plan itself, which is why the fixes are mostly about your home network.
Stop it coming back.
- Use Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi for the TV you watch most.
- Restart your streaming device once a week.
- Keep big downloads for when nobody is watching.
